Agreement
These terms govern your use of Stocks, provided by Verbeet UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Informational use only
Quotes, charts, market status, and related information are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; a recommendation; an offer; or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Market data
Market information comes from third-party services and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or displayed in a currency different from the one you expect. Do not rely on Stocks for trade execution, time-critical decisions, or verification of an official market price. Check information with a broker, exchange, or other authoritative source before acting on it.
Permitted use
You may use the app for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the app or its data providers, bypass technical limits, use automated methods to extract or redistribute market data, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it, or use the app to violate another party's rights.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including when a data provider changes or withdraws access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every security, exchange, or market session will be supported.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Verbeet UG is not liable for losses caused by reliance on market information, service outages, or decisions made using the app, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
